Portfolio Strategy - Neumann Capital SECURITY DOME

Our developed and actively traded portfolio strategy (no backtesting) has several unique selling points:

Base portfolio: International equity portfolio via ETFs (always approximately 100% invested).
Permanent hedging: The base portfolio is hedged at all times using a complex option strategy (cross hedge). Preference is given to credit spreads that aim to generate income from entering into certain positions on the respective regulated futures market.
Additional proprietary overlay strategy: In order to generate additional positive returns, we use a proprietary overlay strategy developed by us that is regulated by the stock exchange, exists at all times, and benefits from fluctuations in bull and bear markets.

Forecast-free approach / no timing elements required

Technical analysis and fundamental analysis are irrelevant to investment success and are never required.

Our investment philosophy is based on forecast-free, transparent, rule-based, and repeatable investment techniques that are integrated into strict investment control and risk management!

EXPECTED DEVELOPMENT

Annualized target return after costs approx. 15% p.a.
In good phases of the international stock markets (indices), the portfolio should rise and also outperform the benchmark.
In bad market phases, the portfolio should remain relatively stable in value and also generate a positive return.
The maximum drawdown of the portfolio should not exceed 8%.
In volatile market phases, the portfolio should benefit from the overlay strategy we have developed.

Stable positive returns thanks to our proprietary exchange-regulated overlay strategy.
Lower drawdowns and less volatility than the market (e.g., DAX 40, S&P 500, MSCI World, etc.).
